Time flies … It’s been over 30 years now since we started this business.
Firstly allow me to say this: We would not be where we are without our valued customers. Thank You.
This business started trading as the Radio Service Company in October 1989 – based in Peckham. We quickly diversified into computer services. Our expertise at the time was the Atari Computer and Mobile Radio communications. Rapid growth forced us to give up the Partnership trading style. So in spring 1991 we incorporated Brandt Fernandes (Europe) Limited and started trading as System Solutions.
In 1992 we moved our offices to Unit 2, Blackwater Street, East Dulwich, London SE22 8SD, which to this day, is the home of System Solutions.
Little did we know that the Atari Computer would be so big in the Music Industry with the best MIDI timing ever. It took years for the PC, and as a matter of fact for the Apple Mac, too, to catch up. Much has happened since. We have grown, we have shrunk, we have changed into a Service Solutions Provider.
Over the years we have extended our expertise to Macintosh, Windows PCs, Digital Audio Recording, Desktop Video and UNIX through Apple OS X. For a time we were Apple Authorized Digital Audio Specialists until the goalposts were changed trying to turn us into box shifters. Naturally this we declined.
Certainly we had our ups and downs. But we are a mature and settled business now. 30 years are a long time and it’s time again to reflect on what we do and how we do it. So we have again decided to revamp our much neglected website to let new customers know who we are and what we can do.
We know we are good at what we do, try hard to please and we don’t give up easily when facing difficulty. But the best way to tell who we are and who we serve is to show you just how diverse our customers are and to let our customers say what they think about us. I hope this will help you to decide whether we are a good partner for your business, too.
Now, you may ask: Why such a simple website? The web is full of noise and promises which mostly are not helpful when you have problems with your computer. So we have deliberately tuned down our site to the bare essentials. Over time will add more useful information.

Back in the 90s I bought so much from you guys, NVDI, MagiC, an overscan h/w upgrade & tons more! I remember speaking to Karl after I broken my ST attempting that upgrade lol.

On Tuesday I spilled tea on my MacBook – a disaster. I had the data back the same day and the computer back Wednesday evening. On Tuesday I was convinced the computer was dead and I’d lost tons of work (the lessons of not backing up consistently). Thanks to Karl I’m typing this review on the revived MacBook.
